If the phone is still under warranty I'd suggest you make a claim.

Do you mean the network unlock?You can approach Simpleunlocking.com and get their unique unlock code for your Samsung GT I5510 and remove the network restriction.You need to specify the country,locked network,IMEI and get the unlock code along with free unlock instructions.
