How can I get my Vista laptop to open LG Mobile Sync Ver 1.0?

I recently purchased a LG KE770 Mobile Phone. After successfully installing the LG Mobile Sync Ver 1.0 driver on my laptop, I connected my phone. When I tried to open the software, this is the pop-up I get: “No Information of mobile phone. Start program again after connecting phone.” I cannot get my laptop to see my phone. My laptop runs Vista Home Premium. How can I get my Vista laptop to open LG Mobile Sync Ver 1.0?

    i have an lg ke500 moblie phone i resantly installed the sync software onto my computer that has a vista os and when i plug in my phone i get that its not connected

    i also have KE770, and when i press connect it says "time out". when i press test connect it says "not connected to mobile"

Lg k500e is not compatible with vista as most things at the moment unfortunatly

Check and make sure you have a compatible version. 64bit Windows software will not install on 32bit windows os. All Vista products come in 32 bit and 64bit versions.

Driver for lg ku250 phone
its very easy to solve this problem, since vista have new driver management unlike old xp's which need external drivers for all new hardware installed on it, a vista does not.

-- just plug the phone in a data service mode. (on usb connection manager)
-- when vista ask for driver just let the vista search for it.
-- and choose LG xxx modems if asked.

Voila i connected to internet.

for pcsuite like managing sms i dont have solution.
i didnt find problems when accesing my microSD. my laptop recognize it as external drive.

Can not connect using LG Mobile Sync
Hi all,

I went through the same trouble. After a small investigation I've found that the USB driver wasn't install. I just ran the setup and it worked imediatly C:\Program Files\LGE GSM PC Sync\USB Setup\LGUSBModemDriver_ML_WHQL_Ver_4.6.exe

Can not connect using LG Mobile Sync
I have the same problem like everyone else in this forum! here is the solution:

1. The USB modem driver came with the CD may or will not work, so get the latest drivers for it.

2. Before install the new drivers, change your phone setting under " setting -> USB connection -> from MASS STORAGE to DATA LINK.

3. Plug the usb cable to the phone and to your PC, it should do anything or give any message if it does just cancel it for now.

4. Install the new USB driver you just download, while install it will said something like " does not work with XP " just click OK don't panic.

5. After it finished installed you will see by the clock that it find the USB LG blah blah...and ding ding sound if you have sound on.

6. Now go back to LG Sync software and click on Connect & choose LG modem com port whatever it there.

7. You're done !!!

Yeah the link is all Italian ...don't panic, I couldn't read it either LOL...just click on the picture where you see the phone and the PC with wrap around with arrow, then follow instruction will be in English.
