MY SYLVANIA SMPK8854B wont show up on my computer!!!

Does anything pop up at all when you first plug it in.
use windows explorer and browse for the player, it will show as a drive.
drag and drop your music to the player, put them in folders, there should be an audio folder on the player to put them in, if not create one.

You can add files to it by going to my computer and copying and pasting the files into the mp3 player drive.it works the same way as the wmp sync.if the mp3 player doesn't show up in my computer then you got a different problem
