This is pretty general but here is what you can do...

Check the battery. If the battery is bad then replace it.
If the battery is good have a watch technician check to see that the current is good. If the current is bad then check contacts for corrosion. If still bad have the movement replaced. If there is a signal then a cyclonic can be used to force the movement and free up the gear train. If this still doesnt make the watch work then replace the movement.

This is a very general answer for a general problem.

Greetings, watches like that usually use two batteries, one for the movement and one for the displays. you can take the watch to a service or replace the battery yourself if you have the skill for it. [dont open it if you dont you will just break it]

Nothing you can do. Where you work (middle east) there is no time signal radio station for your (radio controlled) wave ceptor watch.

I dont know how to change the time on my luminox 3050/3950

Pull the crown out 2 positions , set time, then push back in...if the hands dont work they are probably either rusted, stem is rusted or you have bad set levers, possibly the hour wheel is stripped also

2 Fossil Watches wont work

fossil watches are very temperamental when it comes to there insides. did you have fossil do the band or someone else? also they sometimes have corrosion from the seals not lasting.
