I only just got my Nokia E71, but it does not display a caller's name when they call through. It only displays "Call". So when I miss a call it only comes up with "No Number". I have experiemented several settings changes and got my sster to ensure her phone was not on "private" so that her number/name would come up, but it still does not show up. What's going on with the phone????? How can I get the names/number to show up when a call comes through?????

Hello, ok in case like that the problem is that the phone miss the server option in his soft, because when you add a new number phone the soft of the phone add automatically the indicative of your country. for example: if your country is france, the indicative is +33 so if the number is 5 xxxxxxxx add +33 5xxxxxxxx you get +335xxxxxxx the result that you add manually the indicative to the number phone of your contact. try this and good luck

Hi.. I went to my phone provider retail store today to let them know about my problem. They called their I.T. peoples and their was a lock on my "incoming caller id". So it was a technical glitch on my account.
