Error i got this proble .Turn the main power .switch (on the main unit's side) OFF & OnNagain . error code no is :E000007-0000

1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!

Hello I have the same problem my canon still showing error e7330000.Help me fix the problem.

If after this procedure the code comes back do not reset again, get a tech out and expect to pay for a new fuser unit, continue resetting can cause the fuser the hot part to catch on fire ruining a perfectly good day.

check the power supply first. is there any voltage fluctuations? Go to service mode. Addl. function>2&8>Addl. function> select copier. function>clear>err>ok. switch off the machine, wait for 15 minutes & turn on

Error code 571 is for oil overflow sensor error.If you pull out fusing unit,on the left side of it there is an oil unit attached,that has oil sensor on it.Most common problem is the sensor is getting disconnected.After you checked the sensor connection,here the procedure to reset the error code:

Turn main power switch off and back on.Then press "clear modes" key, 107 and press and hold "Stop" key for until you see screen has changed. Touch "Copy SP" tab on the screen, the press 5810 and # key. Press "Execute" tab on the screen to reset fusing error code.After that turn the main power to the machine off for a few minutes.Turn the machine back on - the error code should be gone and the machine should be working now.

　 Main cause
　The cable connector has poor connection. The reader controller PCB is faulty.

Condition
　0001 The main controller PCB detects a fault in the communication between the reader controller PCB and the main controller PCB. Connectors
1) Connect the cable [1] for the environment heater.

2) As needed, connect the reader unit anticondensation heater cable [1].

E002 Error code details Heater temperature error (fails to reachspecific level; inadequate increase)


0000　The temperature of the fixing film is as follows:
1. has exceeded 100°C, but does not reach 115°C within 1 sec thereafter.
2. has exceeded 140°C, but does not reach 150°C within 1 sec thereafter.
3. has exceeded 160°C, but does not reach 165°C within 1 sec thereafter.

Main cause
　The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact, or the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution
　To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>FCLEAR>ERR.

Action
　See the description for E003. E003 Error code details Heater temperature error (abnormal drop; low-temperature detection)


0000　The main thermistor reading is lower than 140°C when paper is moved.

Main cause
　The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or has an open circuit; or, the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution
　To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.

Action
1. State
　Turn on the power switch, and clear E002/E003. Thereafter, turn off and then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate?
　NO: See "The fixing heater fails to operate."
2. Wiring
　Is the wiring from the DC controller PCB to the fixing film unit normal?
　NO: Correct the wiring.
3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB
　Try replacing the fixing film unit. Is the problem corrected?
　YES: End.
　NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

Enter SP 5810 (SC code reset), select “Execute”, select “close”, exit SP mode then turn main power switch off and on.
to enter SP mode press yellow C button press 1 0 7 on numeric keypad and then hold down the orange C button from the menu select copier SP then type in 5801 and press # selest execute then power off and back on. Your machine should now be working. Hope this helps.

I did this and it did not solve the problem. What can I do?
