I left my lg shine on my bedside table when i was away for 4 days. i am assuming that it just ran out of batteries but now it wont turn back on. i left it on the charger overnight and came back to see that it still wouldnt turn back on. my sister has the same phone and hers charges fine on the same charger. i noticed an orange light that turns on when the phone is plugged in the charger without the battery, however the light turns off when the phone is charged with the battery in. HELP!

I'm not a car mechanic, but, it sounds like you might want to check the fuse to the ignition switch, and, if that fails, it might be a problem with the Start Safety Switch on the transmission. Good luck.
This is too complicated for a help site like this, you are going to want to consult an excel forum, or some excel professional in your area. This is far beyond the scope of what you can expect for $15, which I'm sure you now realize after 10 days of trying.

Your 28 days holiday is free holidays (assuming you have not including predetermined holidays - i.e public holidays)
28 days divide by 12 months = 2.333 days
Your holiday year cannot be April to April as this is 13 months - so I have assumed it is April to March, or it could be May to April - This will affect how many holidays you have earnt upto August.
Multliply the 2.33 days per month by the number of months until your holiday in August. The calculation your employer is using may take into account you have to earn full days by the end of the month before you take a holiday.
2.33 days X 4 months to end of July = 9 days 2.33 days X 5 months to end of August - 11 days.
You may have to exclude the public holidays if this is included in your annual allowance
Take out the battery and blow hard into the part where the golden things connect. leave the battery out for a few hours before popping it back in and trying to turn it on.
