The door lock solenoid may be stuck. If the unit has a load in it, it could have a piece of clothing stuck in the door latch or too full of a load applying pressure on the door. Try to push the door inward with slight pressure and then pull out. If that does not work try unplugging the unit and then opening the door. The only other option is to remove the panels and manually release the door catch.

Door cant be opened from inside or outside
to remove the door with out being able to open it, you have to take off the fender to get to the door hinges, alot of work, but thats where they are... i would just take it to a shop... sorry im not that much help.
