SOURCE: Cancelling a line for which Telkom has my name as setting it up. The line is for a church and we are told that only I can cancel it. I do not know how to do this

ring telkom and ask how to cancel the line.
I am guessing in writing but maybe you can do it over the phone

The lazy way would be to stop paying your Telkom bill. They will likely contact you, then. Caution - make sure they don't cancel your new line. Also, one of your past Telkon bills should have a phone number for you to call customer service.

Have been battling to cancel my landline and ADSL line. Not very good on computer. Tried to get my password several times and think I have blocked account. How do I get it again

Telkom acknowledged the cancellation of my land line BUT I am still getting bills. The number was 011 807 6277. The property was sold in April. Please can cancellation department liaise with billing.
