Please help!! accidentally downloaded pics onto a music only ilo mp3 player. i cant rename pics or delete them it just says file cannot be found. and it wont go any further than the ilo screen when i turn it on then it just freezes.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.

Plug your mp3 player into your pc. It should automatically show up as a drive. If it doesn't, got to "my computer" and you will see it there. Open it up as a drive by doubleclicking on it. It will show various system files which run the mps(DO NOT DELETE THESE) and the music files. Delete the music files only.

that is the virus problem. u had better to consult costumer care.

I drop all downloaded music to one place, then get WindowsMediaPlayer to look there for music ln the add files to libary.
When this is done just "Sync" your device in WMP and choose the files you want to add.

2. Open Windows Media Player.
3. Go to the Sync or Devices tab and delete all content from the player.
4. Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
5. Select the Devices tab, highlight the ILO or Siren player and click on Properties.
6. Uncheck the box "Create Folder Hierarchy on Device"

You are going to have to start again, first connect the unit to your computer copy anything you want to save piccys movies and stuff but not the corrupted music files, Format the drive, then goto http://www.nodevice.com/driver/_PVR-H140/get33981.html download the driver files and re-install to the PVR, then copy all your mp3 files back.........

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

Your ilo should've come with a disc. That disc should install windows media for you. You can't put music onto it without windows media.
