This is not a problem it is security, if you are not using last 3month then your account verification asked by Facebook. Verify the account and avoid the hacking and trace account....Every month you should change you facebook password.
Log in into your facebook account.Go to your account settings. At the bootom of the page you will find DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT. Click on it and your account will be deleted.
