My GZ-MG21 has for some reason decided to stop letting me film any new videos, it plays old videos back with no problem. i reset the unit a number of times but no luck, i then formatted it which removed all the old videos (i have made a backup so i still have im), but now it has got no videos on and i cant make new ones :(

I have used my Enviro MG21 with windows 7 and now Win 8 with no problems so I don't think it is comparability issue.
Try opening up "My Computer" and see if Enverio appears as a device, if not try adding it via "Control Panel - then add device abd manually install via the on screen instructions"
Use Cyberlink' s DVD solution software provided inside u'r shipment , Its only compatible with cyberlink, the format is MOI non recognized by most Video players except cyberlink power cinema NE, power director and DVD solutions
and install JVC Everio GZ-MG21 possible broken lense ?!?!?1 - 2.gif reader

the problem has fixed itself, two days after i posted this the camera was fine, and ive no idea what happened
