Im trying to watch full episodes on cbs.com and they keep stuttering or skipping

Could be your internet connection. A slow internet connection can cause this. Test your internet connection at www.speedtest.org Try starting the video and then pause it...see if it continues to load on the progress bar. This will allow the show to buffer. Could be the CBS server also. Try watching the shows on a lower resoloution. Check and make sure your motherboard and video card drivers are up to date. Make sure a virus scanner is not running when you are trying to watch a show...that will slow down your computer.
