Remote wire im trying to connect my new amp to the head deck, im not to sure which wire is the remote wire could anyone please help???? If there is not really a way of knowing without cutting all the wires do you recommend to connect it to the live side of the ciggarette lighter???????????????

You can actually try to tap in to the wiring of the cigarette lighter slot, so you don't have to remove it at all. It's easy to get to it from either your fuse box, or at the panel. I advise you to at least put a fuse from the cigarette line connected to you rem port to protect it from over powering. You can even put a jumper from your Head unit's power source to your rem if your up to the task. Just don't forget to add protection fuse to save you a lot of headache in the long run...
