RCA SRS Wow problems.

too much dirt in the mashine, or your gpu is gone, sorry.
cpu has heat check before starting.
Go too utube for info how to help get the mashine up and running again. called reballing.

sounds like a power supply problem/cooling, cpu maybe over heating and causing it to shut down as a safety feature. att his point how ever its very unlike they have parts to repair it.

My friend had the same problem. There is some display bulb that is on its way out. They aren't cheap. Find a 2nd hand TV parts/repair shop, They usually have cheap used ones from discarded units, and will know what you need!

does the power light flash three times slowly then stay off? If so chances are its just the CP150, cp120 and CP114 capacitors. There is the RCA repair kit by that same name available from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the capacitors and the CD with repair instructions

The tv main Tuner signal board have problems and the causes.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.

replace CP150 and CP114 that should take care of the problem. You can get the capacitors at the following link under RCA parts they send instructions

yepp. throw it away and buy something better than RCA. these sets are the worst RCA ever made.they dont even supply parts during the warranty anymore........

if that's a dlp unit they are garbage ive had two and both died in same manner in less than a year one the bulb blew on in three months after purchase then went blank and started making a high pitched squealing sound had to argue with rca cust support after repair shop said they could not fix it rca finally sent me a new one but with less features after i argued with them for another three that one did the same thing after three months now rca wont even talk to me and ive got a 100lbs paperweight that does nothing i was told it was the light engine at a cost of around a grand for part so don't waste your money on a repair shop mine is still sitting there blank and i understand this is a common problem from checking the web just roll it in the back yard spend you money on one that will work im going lcd this time and i do houseld appliances not tvs so dont worry about rating me i like to pass this info on every chance i get just to help my friends at rca

Solder bad connections...main board with hv transformer on it..
CL035 capacitor and any others...use magnifier........T.
