This is the code from your sim carrier.most companies default code is 0000.If its not working then you should go to customer service centre of your sim company and ask for the puk code..

I had inadvertently locked myself out of my Nokia C3 while traveling. It was asking for a PUK code. I didn't know it, of course. So, I logged-in to my service provider (rogers.com) and used their Live Chat technical support feature.
You can obtain you PUK code at no charge via this method. The code is unique to the SIM card supplied by your service provider, and it's kept on file.

As the mobile is been locked due to wrong passcode it would have asked for PUK code.

To get Personal unblocking key (PUK) code please contact your service provider.they will provide you the default PUK so that you can open your phone.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
This PUK code is FREE.You no need to pay any sum to get the PUK code

A PUK code is a "Pin unlock code" it is used in mobile phones. This code unlocks the SIM card to allow access to your mobile phone. If you enter this code incorrectly several times, then the SIM card will be locked permanently and you will need to purchase another SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
The PUK code is with the documentation that came with your SIM card, if you no longer have the documentation, then you need to contact your phone service provider and ask them for the PUK code.
