My MFC215C has a message saying unable to print and says to refer to troubleshooting and routine maintenance. It won't do anything but says machine error 4F after hitting a few select buttons. What can i do to clear the message?

ERROR MESSAGE SAYS "UNABLE TO INITIATE REFER TO TROUBLE SHOOTING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SECTION IN USER MANUAL.THERE IS NO JAM AND THATS ABOUT ALL THE ADVICE PRESCRIBED, YET THE ERROR MESSAGE STILL REMAINS AND THE PRINTER WONT WORK.
I have tried everything unpluging, cleaning , new ink nothing is working. Called call center was left on hold. Is there a malfunction with this machine? Is it unrepairable?
I ahve the same problem Brother suggest that it will need an engineer as it refewrs to the print head. The engineer says a new head is required is this right after only using 10 ink cartrides.

Error message: "UNABLE TO PRINT, SEE TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION IN USERS MANUAL". If I unplug the printer and wait about 5 seconds before I plug it back in, it will print, one time, and then I have to unplug it again, for each printing. The FAX light stays on also.
