SOURCE: We have a PT-47WX51CE panasonic cinemavision hdtv

Hi,
All that mess in picture is due to failure of convergence output chips in this tv.
Replace convergence output ICs (two ICs) to solve picture problem. Required ICs are available in Part Store, click the link to have price info.
Thanks.

Panasonic cinemavision 1080i power light blinks red twice, will not turn on

The clicking sound is a safety device that prevents that TV from starting because a fault has been detected.

The fault is also indicated by the two blinks. Two blinks point at a problem with one of the low voltage lines (it should be 15V) from the power supply. The PSU is the part to be tested and eventually replaced. Before calling the technician try to unplug the power cord and leave the TV to rest for about one hour before restarting.

My 51" Panasonic CinemaVision rear-projection HDTV

Try disconnecting all of your HDMI cables and plugging the power cord of the TV into another wall outlet. If this resolves the issue, you may have had a small power surge from either your wall outlet or one of your source devices. It is recommended to connect your TV to a surge protector if you haven't done so already.

Problem with Panasonic PT-53WX54J 53 in. Rear Projection HDTV Television - Green Screen

You may have a component failing in the red drive stage possibly the blue as well or even the quadrature stage. A can of cold shot should help narrow the search considerably. It is also possible the red and blue projection tubes are nearing the end of their service life as well. If you have the means to test the tubes themselves, check the red and blue tubes for gas.

It is the problem of your transformer. It might have got damaged in lightning or voltage fluctuation. Replace that small and cheap equipment to find your tv work again. When having a new one, go for the best thing available in market or else the new one too will go out soon.

Bad color then no power on 51'' panasonic cinemavision

Check the power light for blink code--usually if this model shuts down the power light will blink in a sequence--3 blinks a pause and 3 blinks is short protection--usually means a convergence circuit problem.

My TV does not power up when the power button is pressed.

It's sounds like your lamp or backlight has went out, I suggest reading your manual for service info and look online for a local repair shop.
