My Logitech keyboard will not work, even after charging

When charged, the green light does not flash. However, since you mentioned that the old battery is also not flashing any light, it could indicate that there might be some issues with the charging base or the keyboard itself. try to remove dust in your keyboard by using paint brush or compressed air.

I would first reinstall any software/drivers that came with the device. You should also try contacting Logitech Technical Support (+1 646-454-3200). I've dealt with them recently and they were very helpful, even going so far as to replace my device completely at no charge when the support rep could not fix the issue I had.

If its a logitech I would definitely encourage you to go to logitech.com and download the software for your devices. Logitech has excellent mice and with their software installed they run real well.

Don't get me started on microsoft's wireless ****,lol. If you can't take it back for an exchange, toss it & buy a logitech set.

Do you have the piece that plugs into the computers usb port and changed the batteries, or charged it, I have a logitec on 2 machines, you either have a receiver that plugs into the laptop/desktop, or a device that takes up to 3 wirelwss accesories that plugs into the usb port, they both take batteries in the mouse and keyboard. you can download the software for your keyboard on the logitevh wesite, at www.logitech.com

After changing the batteries and cleaning the corrosion out of the battery case, I pressed the connect button on the Logitech receiver, then the red restart button on the underside of the keyboard and it was fixed!

What are you trying to ask, are you saying that this doesnt happen on your dinovo, is the charging dock plugged into a working outlet. Check that, if it doesnt work at all, contact logitech for a replacement.

this is a problem with my mx700. you need to constantly clean the two brass coloured connectors at the bottom of the mouse. an eraser works well. even with this you sometimes need to jiggle the mouse a little in the holder to get it to charge. this is not logitech usual standard and very annoying.
