I am installing a Honeywell T841 onto existing RGYW wiring. The fan kicks on, but I notice the air conditioner is not running. Were one or more of these supposed to go on the W2 or B terminals? Thanks!

Need to have more numbers in model number to be sure There's about 30 T841 t'stats and some are1, 2, and 3 stage heat pump and some 1, 2, and 3stage AC.
If you have
R to transformer
G to fan relay
Y to contactor in outdoor unit
W to Gas valve
You have the thermostat wired right.
Depending on the T'stat B could be the common side of the transformer or 2nd stage heat.
W2 terminal are for 2nd stage heat
You need to put the thermostat on cool and lower the setting to bring on the cooling. Then go outside and see if you have power to the outdoor unit and 24 volts to the contactor coil.

Heat pump compressor/fan/air handler runs heat for 30 secs, then all stop. (Trane XR 11 HP w/honeywell T8411R thermostat). Capacitor good, new 5-2-1 hard-start kit added but didn't solve problem.

Sounds like low pressure. Are you losing low voltage to condenser? Backup heat not working likely due to a setting error or possibly a wiring issue.

The wall mounted thermostat in a condominium unit (central HVAC in a high rise) is defective. I need to know 1. how to take out the existing thermostat (Honeywell T6069A1008) and 2. what replacement is...

i think you may have a fan/control board problem, if the thermostat turns on the fan, and you dont touch it, then the fan stops in a short time...
plus the fan is connected to a control board, like i said those thermostats hardly go bad...

My air conditioning is not blowing out it has been doing this often lately and I have a Honeywell a/c system

If your duct is ripped or has a hole in it from an animal getting to it, then you'll notice a loss of air and a raise in your electric bill.
if the fan is not kicking on then you would have to see if there is power to the fan, if so, then the fan is bad. if not then the capacitor is bad.
The capacitor usually swells up when it is bad.
If its not either of those then would have to check wiring for broke or loose connections

Just installed a honeywell thermostat (CT87N) fan runs but compresssor does not

Make sure you have the green thermostat wire hooked to the G terminal. You can also place a jumper between R and G to see if the fan will come on once the green wire is connected.

My Honeywell PRO 3000 thermostat is not activating the cooling system when prompted.

R==power w=heat y=cool g=fan remove the front cover to reveal the 4-wires and take a jumper wire from r-----to ---g ,to see if the fan operates. Then take the jumper wire from r----to--y, to see if the cooling system works outside, because when calling for cool, the thermostat is internaly connected to g--for fan.. Then if it kicks in, then you have a bad thermostat!
