Hey, im a deaf girl and i have HTC Touch HD. Im so glad about this phone except one thing and its that it cant vibrate when i get new text message. I tried so many time at settings to put vibrate but...nothing happens. When i receive calls and etc there is a vibrate but not when i get a text message. Can you explain me how to solve it??!?please, talk to me as soon as possible!

I use an HTC Touch. Hopefully the menu should be the same in Touch HD as per the Touch. Try this..
Start -> Settings -> in the Personal tab, click Notifications -> u might see 2 tabs -> select Notifications tab again -> select an Event (here it is incoming SMS) -> below you'll see the Vibrate option -> tick on it to enable it -> Select OK to save.
