Can i Purchase a husqvarna mechanical service manual for 324Rx series trimmers

The cultivator should have the female part at the joining part of the engine shaft. Have you got the shaft in the wrong way round?

I had the same problem and, at first visit, I couldn't find the manual on the Husqvarna site. However, if instead of typing in 324R in the manuals search box, just type in 324 and up come 17 different items, 2 of which cover your brushcutter (and mine).

Use a large pair of pliers to hold the turning metal ring above the T35 trimmer head. I used a medium-sized pair of Channel Lock pliers. Then, turn the trimmer head counter-clockwise and it should unscrew from the mount. There's no need to open the trimmer head for this operation. Then, follow the parts diagram in the trimmer user manual to install the blade parts in the right order.
