3 month old new phone. samsung tocco lite. battery problem

1) faulty battery - you'd need to get a replacement from the manufacturer (should be free if still under warranty)
2) when you initially charged the battery after purchasing, if you used it at all before it was completely charged it won't hold a charge.
3) if you live or travel in mountain area, phones lose battery power quicker due to an increase in elevation and distance from nearest tower.
4) if phone has been exposed to moisture or direct sunlight for an extended amount of time, it can damage the phone's ability to hold a charge.

honestly, your best bet is to replace the battery & allow it to charge for 24 hours in "off mode". if the problem persists, then send it in to be repaired.

Tocco F480 battery charging problems

i have had the same problem - try adjusting your display settings - if they are on the brightest and longest setting - go to settings and then dispaly and light setting and adjust them them - the battery life was really short (less than a day) i have changed all of my setting to a lower setting and now it lasts for days!! - really simple but it works ! :)

My phone looks like its charging but it won't switch on

If the phone is unable to turn on, even if the battery is fully charged it really needs service.

Tocco not starting up

hi colin i have a suggestion
there is one solution that has worked for me, take this mobile to a mobile phone shop that does mobile phone unlocking ask them to flash the handset( basically this is taking of all the software and installing up to date software) they could charge you up to £20 to do this because this is a hard job
the reason why this needs to be done is because the tocco handset you have may have lost a file when it turned off this is always happends on the samsung tocco

i am talking from experience i have flashed bout 15-20 toccos with the same problem

My samsung tocco will not turn on! the screen turns on, saying SGH-F480, with the bar across the bottom loading up, but when the bar gets to the end, it just goes blank for a sesond, and then repeats this...

this happend to me, i think you can confuse the touch screen, i just took the battery out and put it back in again, and it worked with no memory loss or anything.

Turn it on

what red button?

on the Tocco press the right button (end call button) and it should come on.
If that doesnt work try pressing the right button (end call button) once. release it then press and hold it again.
