My Samsung Tocco makes a weird sound

You would need to convert the .AVI files to either .MP4 or .3GP format in order play videos on your cellphone. Use Imtoo Video converter or Total Video Converter.

Instead of using 'PC studio' option while connecting, use 'media player' option for transferring the files. Check this option. If this does not work, try creating the default directory yourself manually using the phone and then try transferring the files.

I'm having the same problem. Try this, plug some headphones into your phone and then activate your music and while your music is playing unplug your headphones. It worked for me.

Or configure your phone on your laptop and transfer strictly mp3 files but confirm if the phone plays mp3 format.

Try and drag and drop from your music folder to the media folder on the player make sure usb mode is msc this will show you all the folders Use your windows explorer for the transfer much easier...

Its a nightmare. Apple / Itunes make it hard for you to import their music onto any other device. itunes is not MP3 format. I am having the same problems. I will let you know if I manage to solve this and get my music onto my phone.

Hello, I fixed the problem by buying a sandisk usb card reader, it is i must say worth every penny of the £6.99 i payed, it is so fast to use,the only thing is when moving a full album its doing it backwards for instance instead of 1 to 15 its doing it 15 to 1 which is a bit annoying.but thanx for your help much appreciated.
