Try searching around here to find similar or hopefully exact opener. Stanley no longer is in the garage door business, and the company that bought them out went bankrupt.
Good Luck

I had to retension my spring assembly on the garage door a few years ago and I don't recommend anyone without proper tools and some experience to do it. It can be dangerous.

Not great info, but there are links to email the remnants of the Stanley Garage Door company (the companies using the Stanley name went bankrupt), as well as some links for parts.
There is also this link for Stanley Garage Door manuals from the page above:

If the motor runs and the chain does not then you have stripped the gears and will need to replace them. If the motor runs, the chain moves but the door does not move then the trolley is not attached or needs to be replaced. Thanks BB
Yes replace the entire assembly. The part number is 41C4220A Sprocket and Gear Assembly and is available at Sears or any good door opener service company. It comes with instructions.
You need a gear kit. Amazon sells them. I got mine at a Sears Service center. Beware that you will need to completely disassemble your unit to replace the gears.
