Telefunken TV, Model TTV-215(C) The TV shows a lock on the top of left-hand corner when switched on. I dont know how to unlock the TV. The TV-guide does not adress this symptom. Do I need a code to unlock the TV?

i had same problem with telefunken ttv2931 child lock, tried turning off power,holding power button on and pressing each button, found by accident that holding down the display button for 5 to 10 seconds worked.

Hi all you Telefunken TTV-215 owners. My tv did this to. Panasonic in Bloemfontein helped me by phoning Telefunken and getting back to me within 10 minutes. All you have to do is turn your tv on and then press and hold the F button on the remote and while doing this press and hold the MUTE button also. If this doesn't work try olding down the display button on your remote for +- 5 seconds. If still no results try phoning your nearest Panasonic dealer.
