What is causing Check Code Recall 9C2 on my Samsung Dishwasher DW60H9970FS? It was fine last week, was transported in my car, now isn't working! What are possible causes?

It appears to work fine but with "START" I can hear no mechanical noises or water flow. It was transported in my car for like 20 minutes on the side. I tried to get more error details in "Check Code Recall Mode) and I got 9C2 (High or low voltage is supplied). According to service manual this error occurs if blackout or DC Link voltage is high or low voltage conditions, switches to stop mode (abnormal voltage). And possible cause is high or low voltage is supplied. Any advice is appreciated.

SOURCE: PS_ON revertsto high as soon as +12V starts to appear on 2+2connector

usually it is over-current that will make PS_ON go high. However, the opposite is true: if not enough load draw, PS_ON goes high and never goes low. Not exactly certain about link to 12V2+2 connector, although same theory may apply.

SOURCE: low beam headlights do not work, but high beam headlights do

Clyde,

I've been troubleshooting this same problem on a different vehicle this week, and I can give you the steps I'd take.

1. If both sides went out at the same time, the problem is *NOT* likely to be the bulbs.

2. Check the fuses to see if both low beam lights are on the same fuse. Many cars have one fuse for low beam and another for high beam, so both lights out at the same time typically means fuse blown.

3. If the headlights are OK and the fuses are OK, then the problem is *LIKELY* the headlight switch. In my case, AutoZone has one and it can be installed easily; but in your case, that may not be as simple.

Please post your findings or comments.

SOURCE: whirlpool duet sport wfw8300sw00 f-21 error

Unplug the machine. Unscrew the 3 screws under the front edge of the washer. The service technician manual is attached to the panel that slides down and off. Find F21 code. See suggested procedures. Note: My drain pump filter had a baby wash cloth in it along with some change that was disrupting the flow. It is exceptionally easy to remove, clean, and reinstall. Just line up installation notches when reinstalling. Whirlpool should have mentioned this filter in the User & Care Guide, but I could not find it anywhere in there.

SOURCE: Code P0118 on Audi A4 - Related to Ignition Coil Problem?

Hi, the sensor on the engine (right at the rear end of the cylinder head) has two separate outputs. One drives the temperature gauge and the other provides data for the engine control unit. The output for the engine control unit is almost certainly faulty and the sensor will need to be replaced. It isn't an expensive item and's not time consuming to replace (1/2 hr) - so you could ask Audi to do it for you when they replace the ignition coils.
Hope that helps Matt..

What does the error code oE on a Samsung dishwasher mean?

Dishwasher Error Codes. The 1E and/or the OE Error Code is caused by blockage preventing the unit from draining proplerly. Fortunately, most of the time this can be resolved by cleaning the Fine Filter System and Sump in the dishwasher. If that does not resolve the issue, unfortunately service is required.

Low water level

I have a Samsung DMT400RHS and I started getting the low water level error ('Normal'+Heavy'+Smart Auto' LED blinking). The error started intermittently a few weeks ago, but the the last day or two the problem was solid, and simply restarting the cycle no longer worked.
I looked of the code in the dishwasher user guide and it said 'low water level.' Searched the internet and located the repair manual at tradebit.com for $15. The manual was well worth the $15.
The manual suggested: 1) loose level sensor connector 2) Faulty Assy case sensor or stuck floater aka 'remove foreign matter' 3) Bad Main PBA assy.
Since we do 10+ loads a week for the last 18 months the stuck floater seemed to be the most likely cause.
Go to Samsung DMT400RHS Low Water Level Error ('Normal'+Heavy'+Smart Auto' LED) (new link is https://photos.google.com/album/AF1QipNtp1neOR7icVG8cSs71bLpxQD5k_xljiWcJD2P click the i on each picture to see the caption - DM 04/17/2016) to see the pictures and read the captions documenting what I did. Do this at your own risk. You must turn off and disconnect the electric power and turn off the water supply before you begin.

Good Day, The dishwasher has been working very

first , contact a service agent or manufacturer and ask about a recall for potential fire problems
next get in an electrician to diagnose the fault as replacing a part may not fix the reason to caught alight in the first place
this is serious and should not be considered a diy project

I am recieving an SE code on my samsung dishwasher. I tried to reset the dishwasher by switching off the power to the machine for 20 minutes. still SE message

I'm getting the same message too. I turned it off for awhile and I had a technician come out and take a look. My drainage pipes are all clear (SE code can mean that drainage is not working properly). He suggested that I get a "Samsung" tech out to take a look at the circuit board/electrical issue. Want to know the crazy thing? This is my second dishwasher that Samsung replaced....all the same electrical issue.....and just last week someone called me to see if I wanted to buy an extended warranty on it. Hmmmm.....do they know that this a piece of junk? It was an expensive dishwasher too.....doesnt clean any better than my cheap model did and it sure has a lot more problems in this first year than the whole 5 years that I had my other dishwasher. Can you tell im disgruntled?
I would love to hear if there is a simple fix to this SE problem.

Make sure you visit the Bosch dishwasher recall website as this model is under the recall with a faulty controller which may cause a fire! Check your model under http://microsites.boschappliances.com/safetyrecall/dishwasher/
then call 800.856.9226 to setup a recall repair appointment. We just found out about this recall and was never notified by Bosch even though we registered our unit after we purchased it...talk about poor customer service! Hope this helps!
