Check the DC resistance of the speakers. I should not be over 10 ohms. If it is something, probably the speakers are blown.

That 600 Watts is peak and you should use an amp of say 300 Watts a side max to drive this for safety.

You may find a fuse inside, but not likely you would be so lucky... Also if the amplifier failed it could have sent DC current through the units and fried the voice coils of the woofers. The horns often have capacitive coupling and usually will survive.

You can fiond 15 inch replacement speakers on Ebay... HOWEVER get the dimensions as they often vary and may not fit.

Has anybody removed the woofers from their B215s? Its not obvious how to remove the grill. The speakers need to be removed from the front .

I have just bought an Behringer EP4000 amp. How do I connect 2 x B1520 and 1 x B1800X speakers to this amp? Thanks!

You don't (unless you want two B1520's on one channel and the sub on another). Reading the manuals would help.

The EP4000 amp drives only two channels. It CAN be bridged for one speaker but it won't support two channel and bridged mode simultaneously.

http://www.retrevo.com/support/Behringer-EP4000-Amps-manual/id/23591dj795/t/2/

The B1520 subwoofeer is PASSIVE so it will need a dedicated amplifier to power it and control its volume independently of other speaker channels.

I broke the passive biamp switch off the back of my 1800 x subwoofer. i have been using it like that but now its not working. can i buy just the back panel with the switch on it or do i have to get another...

You can get replacement switches. The internals of the switch probably broke and no longer connect causing the speaker to not work. FullCompass.com is the Behringer parts distributor but they may direct you to first call Behringer to get a part number for the item.

I want to connect two passive b212 and 6 active b215 , i will use two active b215 for monitors ..... i am using a PMP 3000 Please advice, also where can i get a detailed numbered illustrations sheet for...

The passive speakers connect to the main outputs using Speakon connectors on the back.

You will use Balanced connections (TRS) to the main L and R connections on top to the active speakers. Daisy chain 3 active on each of the L and R top connectors.

You can download a user manual if you don't have one.

ALSO PLEASE read my tip regarding a hazard when using Speakon to 1/4 inch speaker cables on channel "A" in the FIXYA tips for PMP mixers. The barrel of the channel A 1/4 inch is the HOT side of the signal to the speaker instead of the tip.

Have 2 Behringer Eurolive B 215 Speakers and the 15" woofer have no sound coming out only sound thats coming out is from the horns

These have a crossover inside as well as a fuse. If it is blown the link is gone and only the horns will work.

Behringer ep1500 versus behringer eurolive b215 X 2- pa speakers.

The Amplifier will have wierd, notched, circular speakon cable connectors on the back, two, one for main left and one for main right. Press the button in on your speakon cable connector and twist it and lock it into place on the amplifer for right and left attachments, then do the same to your speakers.

Hopefully this helps.
