sounds like you have a problem with the fill tube at the Ice Maker. remove the IM and then the back wall ( evaporator cover ) , the fill tube is probably frozen. use a hair dyer to melt ice, be careful, the hair dyer can melt the fill tube and other plastic.
the ice maker unit prob' bad and if you sure it is on and the flag is not stoping it from runing you might need a new unit but there are other tests you can do before.. call me 843.789.4824
