Only number keys working are 5 and 6, even function keys like F10, 11, and 12 have stopped working. Typing these numbers in the question after adding a USB keyboard...
You could have either a loose connection on the keyboard, or the keyboard is failing.

Well, as long as your pc is under warranty, Call Dell and have the keyboard replaced. it takes 24 hours to order the part, and 15 minutes to replace it. By this time tomorrow, you could be all set like a new 'vette. Good Luck!
