The time is stored on your phone system, not the phone. You can have this phone installed on a few different types of Avaya phone systems so will need to know which one it is.

Once you know what AT&T,Lucent,Avaya phone system you have you can find all the manuals at www.avaya.com by searching for your system name/version etc.. you may want to include "time change" or "setting time" in the search terms.

We have two tracfones LG220C. Are they not suppose to reset on time change? If not how do I reset time change?
The Time on most Cellular Phones is controlled from the Network, so there is no way for the user to manually adjust it. Try turning the phone off for a few seconds, and when it boots back up, the time should be updated. If not, it might take another hour or two, but it will eventually be correct.

Unable to change today's date on new Samsung SHG-D980
To change the date select:

menu, settings, time and date.

Drag down the screen until you reach the Date box.

press once, press a second time.

enter the date and press OK

save and exit

hope this works, it worked for me and I had exactly the same problem.
