Have mitsu model # ws-65813 wont turn on
have harmony 880 remote 1 touch sat reciever stereo reciever and tv all come on at once when i pushed 1 touch all came on except tv the green timer light only came on and blinking fast for over 1 day now did this 3 times in last 3 weeks but tv eventually came on but not this time that is connected to surge protect tv never did this b4 i got harmony remote can someone help
Same thing, I tried to turn the tv on and the green light came on but the tv was black then the light started blinking. It would go off for a few seconds then start blinking again. I tried pulling the plug for a while but when I plugged it back in it started blinking again. I tried the reset button but now it won't stop blinking, it's been blinking for 3 hours.

You have a common problem in the DM (Digital Module), more specifically the DM power supply. There are four electrolytic caps in that supply 16v/1000uf that are bad and likely buldged from heat stress. Replacing these caps and the E2P module, a small stand-up board further back on the main DM board should restore normal operation...
You might be lucky enough to have a tech come out and simply replace those caps in-home. It's not a really big job for a qualified tech.
