Your blinking light indicates an internal "board" issue. You should contact Pioneer Customer Service for initial help, but you will most likely need a TV repair shop to replace the part.

can you go to the error menu?
im assuming it's the lamp however the error menu will tell me more
If the standby light blinks five times repeatedly, that's indication of
a "Lamp driver error". The probable cause listed is, "lamp driver
faulty". Its also possible that the internal antenna used to detect
the presence of high voltage has become mis-positioned. The lamp
driver provides the high voltage. If no high voltage is detected, it
is assumed that the lamp driver is faulty.
Otherwise, it is assumed
that the lamp is bad and the LAMP LED lights

Most likely a power supply failure although the flashing of the LED a fixed number of times may point to something else such as a lamp failure. If you can find a forum for this series, you may find a Panasonic tech who can give you a better read on this.

turn tv on picture comes up 2to3 seconds later tv blacks out then stand by red light flashes 4 times in a row repeatedly..can not turn on or off when stand by light starts flashing but before tv blacks out you can turn tv on and off repeatedly and picture and sound work.You have to unplug power cord for 30 seconds after stand by light comes on to get tv to turn on.
