My ViviCam 3705B Led light is blinking red, I had a problem between computer and camera, now I can't seem to clear the blinking light. I tried removing the batteries, but that doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions.

Modern TV's are computers and try to indicate where a problem exists.
Does it need a Firmware upgrade?
The battery itself could have gone bad. If the cells within the battery are damaged, it can refuse to charge or power the camera, which would explain the blinking red light. You'd need to purchase a replacement lithium ion battery.
I trying charging my vivitar vivicam x029 and the camera wont turn on? The red light was blinking while plugged in and did stop blinking after awhile... not sure if camera is broke or not , any ideas?
I just called the help desk. MSDC and a blinking red light means that it is charging. It takes 6 hours to charge and you are not to take disconnect it from the USB until it is fully charged. Once it is charged the blinking light will turn green.... not sure whether it will still be blinking or not. This is what the lady on the phone told me so I haven't been able to try it out yet, but I will update if I call again.
