1994 GMC P/U's cruse control no longer works. Appears no power. Checked fuses in panel but no fuse by name of ''cruse'' and all fuses OK. Need diagram or schematic and/or help troubleshooting.

The cruise control fuse is normally found in the fuse panel located below the steering wheel. Remove the cover of the fuse panel and locate the fuse for the cruise control using the fuse diagram on the fuse panel.

Well, not exactly. The blower switch gets power from the control panel that gets power from the 25amp fuse in the fuse box. The wire from the fuse box to the control panel is black and tan, the wire from the control panel to the fan switch is yellow and brown.
Hello s poteet> My name is Roger and I will help you. The fuse for the cruise control will be located in the fuse panel located on the left side of the steering column under the dash. Locate the fuse listed as METER. Should be second fuse up from the bottom in the middle row of fuses. This will be a 15 amp fuse and blue in color. CHECK THE BRAKE LIGHTS HAVE A ASSISTANT OPERATE BRAKES TO SES IF BRAKES LIGHTS WORK WHILE APPLY BRAKES BECAUSE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH DEACTIVATES THE CRUISE CONTROL.IF BRAKE LIGHTS DONT WORK.CHECK FUSE IF BRAKE LIGHT FUSE IS GOOD.THE BRAKE SWITCH IS BAD OR HAVE A OPEN FROM FUSE BOX TO THE SWITCH.IF BRAKE LIGHTS WORKING.THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO SCAN VECHICLE BECAUSE CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM IS CONTROLLED BY A SERVO MOTOR MOTOR, BRAKE SWITCH ,CONTROL SWITCHES ,SPEED SENSORS AND RELAYS. SEE YOU HAVE TO HAVE VECHICLE SCANNED YOU HAVE TOO MANY CONTROL DEVICES.
HI, check the fuse in the fuse box under the dash on the driver side kick panel. if the fuse is ok, this will confirm an issue that will concern the cruse control module/amplifier and, Cruise servo. thesecomponents may need to be replaced.
The power solenoid could be affected as well. inspect the entire cruise control assembly under the hood if the fuse is ok.
