GE WHDSR315 washer randomly drips still after done filling

I have a GE WHDSR315 washer with a random problem. After the tub is done
filling up with water, every once in a while, water will still drip in to the
tub (after the water shuts off). The only way I can get the dripping to stop is if I start the water
filling process again (i.e. start a cycle), then shut it back off (I usually find the water dripping
after the washer is done spinning, clothes soaked again)

GE Spacemaker fills with water when OFF

Claim on the guarantee as it has happened within the warranty. You need a new Water Inlet Valve. The solenoid isn't closing shut. The other possibility is that your home water pressure is too high. A plumber can test that and fit a pressure reduction diaphragm.

GWWJRR4170E4WW WASHER WONT STOP FILLING WITH WATER. pRIOR TO THAT IT WOULD AT RANDOM SKIP CYCLES OR NOT SUT OFF AT THE END

pop open the front. Check the little 1/4 in hose going to the side of the tub. It may have gunk build up inside it blocking air flow. Its the pressure hose that tells your water level switch how much water is in the washer. Clean it out as well as the port it attaches to.

Cycle control GE WHDSR315 top loading washer.

Try pulling the knobs off completely and squirting WD-40 into the switch interior--work the oil in by reinstalling the knobs and moving them around. If no help, then the area behind the control panel must be accessed (pull the power plug), and the control replaced (you should have seen the mounting screws when the knobs were off).

after carefully reading this, the leak is at the machines water valves, or from them to hose to tub.

Random filling of the tub, door open, leaks on floor.

The only thing that can admit water with the power off to the machine is a bad Fill valve. Replace

HE3T Kenmore Frontload Washer Random Draining Problems

The water pumped goes right back into the machine. It may be because the washer is siphoning the water from the laundry tub with a slow drain and back. Your solutions are advised but try this also:
  1. Check the pump impeller for obstruction.
  2. Cut the drain hose into the laundry tub in excess of 4 inches.
