I HAVE A SONY LN46A WHEN I TURN IT OFF THEN ON IT TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES FOR THE TV TO BE ABLE TO BE WATCHED IT SQUEELS COLOR LINES KEEPS RESETING GOES ABSTRACK THEN CLEARS UP AND WORKS FINE TILL I MAKE A MISTAKE AND TURN IT OFF AND GO THROUGH IT ALL AGAIN PLEASE HELP ANYONE.

if the tv is less than a year old , call 1-800-SAMSUNG for warranty repair, the lcd panel is bad

This looks as if a component has become thermally sensitive. The best way to find this is to use component cooling spray. It looks as if the problem is localized to the tuner section. Take the back off of the TV and turn the TV on, wait until the problem occurs and lightly spray the tuner section with the component cooling spray watch for any reaction, then if this does not work spray the Microprocessor and the LVDS section and watch for a reaction. The set should go back to normal when it does that section is the problem, try to localize the problem to one component. Then replace that component.

Sounds like you have bad solder joints on the vertical ic which should be numbered IC501 on the board.also there are capastors that coud be going bad but i would look for bad solder joints on ic frist.
The capastors numbers on board are C502 / C516 also need to check R 483 which is a resistor.
resolder the ic if you know how to solder. That is a comon problem a lot of tvs out there have. The only thing is the tv has high voltage on it even if it is unpluged from the wall. Some of the capastors hold there voltage for a long time. Be sure and unplug tv before you try anything if you are going to do it yourself and stay away from the capastor in the AC line should be marked 200 V or moor.

I just fixed my today, you need to replace the LCD controller board, there are two versions (V320B1-C, 35D003848) you need to open up the tv and remove the shield cover to get to the LCD controller board, this is a common problem with this model. Notes: be real careful when you remove the back cover, the side switch assembly is attached to the back panel, so do not pull it off too far, or you will damage the switch assembly!
