I have also a pioneer vsx d503s it seems to me like the transformer does not get any power.I do not know what else to do.All 4 fuses are good.Can anyone help?

Its really7 a hard thing to say what the problem could be. It could be the stanby power supply. The power switch the power transformer. with out troubleshooting skills it in your best interest to seek a pro to troubleshoot this for you. You could cause alot more problems by touyching the wrong things if your not carefull. Good Luck

With the receiver off, press ENTER + ADVANCED SURROUND keys continuously for 2 sec. and it will tell you the fault it encountered. Even if it has a short, it will still protect the speakers; however, it is still a good idea to disconnect all speakers before doing this.

Press TUNE+ & AUTO SURR/DIRECT keys continuously for 2 sec. and it will tell you the fault it encountered if the receiver is in otherwise working condition.

does it have the blue flashing light on the power button?

you can "release" the error by pressing the "down arrow" and the "zone 2 on/off" for 2 seconds.
