This happened to me also. Just let it sit there with it's battery OUT of it.. until it stops, this may take a week or 2.

My LG Rumor won't accept any text messages if my inbox is full. Try deleting all of your messages. Then you can turn your phone on "Auto Delete" so it will automaticly delete some messages if your inbox becomes full.

This usually means that you've got s missed alert, either a text msg or a call. Check your missed alerts section. If there is a text msg or missec call, eithe rread the txt or dismiss the call. That will turn off the red light.

sometimes those type of things are set by parents, like parent blocks. if your an adult and pay the bill and so on, then it could have been accidentally added to your phone and most of the time you can see those add ons on you bill.

My name is Tim and I am collection Specialist with Verizon Wireless, I see a lot of phones with problems but not any like this. This phone has truly seen its better days. Take it to a store and have them replace it with a different LG Rumor phone. IF you don't have Total Equipment Protection on your plan, then you are still covered under warranty for the 1 year or 2 year depending on the manufacturer warranty. But if you have Total Equipment Protection then your warranty is good for the life of the contract and you DO NOT have to pay the 50 dollar deposit, replacement should be free. If the Verizon Store is closed by you then call Verizon from a landline phone or another cell phone and they can get one to you within 2 days using priority shipping. If you don't have Verizon, then contact your service provider and speak to their customer service team.

Your service code changes everytime you activate your LG rumor, which is through Sprint most likely in the U.S. So don't waste your time looking for the code. You will only be able to get a service code issued from your cell phone provider.

if you can go to a repair store do that first, the flex cable that connects the top half of the phone to the bottom half is getting more frayed, the more you slide the worse it gets, it is a known issues and there should not be any charges
