Reset it via button at rear, in a small hole...use a straightened paper clip. Then you must re-setup all again.

TomTom say that you will need to return the unit to them to unlock it, but there is an independant prog download available that costs £40. How good that is I don't know, so I suggest you mail TomTom Service dept to see what they say. I reckon it is the cheapest alternative.

Log in as a different user, change/modify the same to be the default as Administrator and carry on.......sodeep

TomTom website says that you have to contact them and ship it to them to get it reset.
