I wasn't able to locate any documentation on a factory reset, but if it is like all of their headsets, press and hold both volume buttons and the call button at the same time - hold it for 10 seconds and it should reset - IF it works the same. If it does, the default passcode is 0000
come on, if you have an advanced phone you should know a thing or two about technology... 0000... 0000... 0000.. always the same with every bluetooth, seems like a pretty easy number to remember
do not just switch on the t305 .hold the on button down for at least 10 secs. much longer than the usual switch on .it will go through the normal on sequence to the pairing signal mode.do a search for device .when found pin 0000 as you have already done.
