Picture Problem I have a polaroid 15" LCD TV. I get sound but no picture. If I hit a few buttons on the control the picture comes on for a second or two and then this pattern starts from the top and covers the whole picture. When I turn on the tv the screen is blue. What could it be?

YOU HAVE BAD INVERTOR BOARD OR POWER SUPPLY INSIDE TV CHECK CAP IN POWER SUPPLY MAKE SURE THEY TOPS OF THE CAP NOT LEAKY

check your LCD inverter maybe there is loss connection or some parts damage from inverter.

Symptom shows that Mani Board is bad in your TLX-03210B Polaroid TV and need to be replaced. I do not see problem of capacitors in power supply board. Problem seems in system control section of TV that is located on main board.
