You can order a new handle off of repairclinic.com. You can remove the handle by removing screws. Some screws are under plastic cap on handle, others, have to be accessed from inside door or door panel

The door of a microwave oven tends to be considered a single sealed unit due to it being a safety-related item. Some can be dismantled and some can only be dismembered with a power drill. You will need a lot of luck to find a used handle but it might be possible to press other handles into service. Other than fitting a different sort of handle there is also some very good repair adhesives available today.
