Do you know anything about automotive electronic's ? What a BCM is ? body control module (computer) or anything about automotive electrical circuit's ?
DTC B3137 or B3138
DTC Descriptors
This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTCs:
• DTC B3137 All Door Lock Circuit Low
• DTC B3138 All Door Lock Circuit High
What this is saying is the BCM saw a higher then normal voltage on that door lock circuit . Looking at diagnostic trouble shooting chart for that code should be done by a qualified service technician .
Circuit Description
The body control module (BCM) monitors and supplies an output voltage on the door lock control circuit. When the BCM receives a lock command from the remote control door lock receiver or an automatic door lock function has been activated, the BCM supplies voltage on the door lock control circuit to LOCK the doors.
Install a scan tool.
With a scan tool, command the door lock relay ON and OFF.
Does the door lock relay turn ON and OFF with each command?
3
Disconnect the door lock relay.
Probe the door lock control circuit at the door lock relay with a test lamp connected to a good ground.
With a scan tool, command the door lock relay ON and OFF.
Does the test lamp turn ON and OFF with each command?

If you have or can get a repair manual, it should have an electrical diagram of the wiring for the locking system on your vehicle. However, if its just a remote locking system for your car doors (I'm assuming that's what this is) then you need only wire it up fitting your current locking system. You will have Power (Red), Source (Yellow), ground (black) and if like a stereo system you'll need a "remote wire" which is a smaller Blue wire which would connect to the ignition IF you have auto locking doors after you put your vehicle into drive and they lock after so much time 10-15 sec or so. If not, there should be no remote wire needed.
Just do it today, in driver's side door, wires from manual keylock door switch, white wire-lock, green wire-unlock, whitegreen-ground, system is negative trigger on both wires (white-green), your black box for remote control should be configured for "Negative control signal". +12v from window electric motor (xara picasso 1.8 16v 2002' Bosnia)
check the wiring, connections, curciut braker, fuse link for the door opener on the side is broken, compair the wiring is the same setup on the working side and the non-working side.
something is different on one of the malfunctioning side, remote setting device has the correct wiring setup and the wiring diagram setting are defferent something is making the system to operate wrong or right. just be careful and teaduse, check out the remote switch and remote relay, fuse for relay, relay, find schamatics, look at the wiring remote wiring diagrams, and compair power connection for remote verses the non remote, see if any wires loose, dangling aound, loose, good luck
Sounds like a loose connection , probably a ground connection . Looking at a wiring diagram to see if these system share a common ground point . If they don't ,testing the electrical circuit's for these systems would need to be do to find the problem .Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html
