Try first unplugging unit from main, and holding the cancel button.

If that does not work try the following:
Hold at the same time the stop button on the main unit and key >10 on the remote control at the same time for about 5 seconds, until you get the word "initialised" on display. This will reset the unit to factory settings.

I cant eject cd/dvd changer.

there may be a lock/unlock selection in the menu somewhere, something like a parental lock on tv sets, this is just a thought on my part.

Panasonic SA-HT520 error message

The system has a locked / unlocked toggle sequence on the main unit by holding down stop (or Play) and then tapping the power button. Use this sequence lock or unlock the DVD / CD drawer.
