be careful of Samsung's, they are notorious for LCD panel tab failures. Do your homework first !!! There are plenty of reviews that backup my suggestion.

You no longer have a TV but a parts unit. In most cases, It will cost more to replace the screen than buying a new TV set. Although it is cracked, it still has some value, don't toss it in the dump. Throw that puppy on Craigslist or Ebay(if you have the shipping box) someone will be interested and buy it. Just be realistic with your asking price. Don't be like some lady I encountered who wanted $350 for her Dynex 42" LCD with a cracked screen !!!

The screen is the most expensive part of the TV, we are talking about $500 and up plus labor.

You can go to Encompass or J&J electronics for the Panel. But If you have never replaced a Panel before, it is best left up to a trained Samsung tech.

Lcd and PlasmaPanels typically run from $900.00 to $1500.00 retail. If you have a trained samsung tech replace the Panel, you are looking at or near the cost of a new tv all said and done.

go to dealtree or 2nd turn on ebay and search for your camera with a stuck lens or focus problem the screen is mostly always good. if they say screen gives me an error or anything its good.
