SOURCE: I have a 2002 ox66 Yamaha 2 stroke 250 hp std

Prop shaft. You have to remove the bearing housing cap. reference number 70. Remove the bearing housing. reference number 60. The bearing housing will need to be pulled out buy using a puller. If it was in salt water it can be difficult. Pull the prop shaft and clutch dog assembly.

1982 55 yamaha outboard ,water not coming out the water pump hole in strenght

First thing to check: Disconnect the tiny hose between the check outlet and the engine. Disconnect it at the engine side.
With an airgun, blow in the check hole from outside to engine side.
With an airgun, blow out the engine connection.
Start the engine, check waterflow out of the engine connector. If water, reconnect the hose and check the water at the checkpoint.
If still no water at the engine connection: replace the impeller!

I have an ancient yamaha 4hp outboard two stroke.... it has a dammaged aluminum housing on the leg on the left hand side directly below the motor. Cant tell what might have used to be there....Can see the...

sounds like this is the access hole to allow you to reach the clamp which hold the gear selector rods together, even if you dont have gears this hatch was incorporated in the caseing you could cver this hole up without causing any problems but dont make a permenant fix as you may need to use this access hole at sometime.

Oily watery stuff coming out off the exhaust, oil pump is set ok

is this bike a yamaha rd 350 twin cylinder 2 stroke? if so, its air cooled and you should not be getting a ltr of water.. but it is common for them to have a "oily" fluid come out the exhaust because it is a 2 stroke. but not alot. it comes from the engine not burning all the oil gas mix. does the engine spit and sputter? make sure there is no water in the tank, make sure the air filter is clean and buy hotter spark plugs. also adjusting the fuel air mixture may help. hope this helps...
