That clicking sound is the safety relay not clicking in to protect the TV from frying out. The problem is most likely the power board.
Testimonial: "Is there a part on the power board I can test or replace? I've replaced the bridge rectifier on it, and I still have the same problem."
Check the capacitors, for bulging or leaking, if any replace them. Also, check for open diodes, that means test on ohms one way then reverse the probes the other way. If open both ways replace the diode. Hope this solve your problem.

The logic board is sensing an overload condition and is stopping the power board from producing high DC voltage. The logic board will try 3 times to boot-up the power supply and when the same condition appears it shuts the power supply down. DC high voltage output is being held down and only 5volts stand-by is active. The power board needs to be tested and logic controls also. If you have some test equipment and some electronics background I can show you how to fix this problem....

I think i could be a power supply issue... If you have the courage to open the back cover of your tv, and you do "NOT" see any bad (bulging ) capacitors on the power supply board, then it could be the voltage regulator.
