this is occur due to LSU (laser diode,reception element,apc circuit )trouble or LSU drive circuit (asic) trouble. 1.first go to service mode (simulation mode)& reset it 2. still error occurred, check wire harness of laser unit & clean laser unit mirrors,reflector polygon mirror. 3. still occur just replace toner cartridge because once it works for me. 4. finally replace laser diode.
CE 02 is rarely a machine problem, It normally is an addressing problem between the machine and the network. That code indicates a communication problem, normally relating to scanning.
Often times it is a wrong character in an address.

Push P * C * then 14 then Start (the button you use to make copies)
and it should reset the code. If not then replace the fuser. SM
5-1 should turn the lamp on. If lamp blinks on and off it is the
thermistor, if it does not it is the lamp, but check the contacts on
the lamp/fuser -- they have been known to erode.
Also check thermal fuse, if defective
replace.
L4-03 is a lock of the fusing motor. It's likely you need to have the fuser rebuilt. You can try resetting the error by turning off the main power switch (located behind the front door under a little plastic cover) and back on. It's likely the error will come back. There's a cleaning screen on the lower fuser roller which gets gummed up with toner and sticks to the lower fuser roller causing it to seize and the motor not to be able to turn causing the L4-03.
