Pmp wot put music in the rght folder HELP PLEASE

Most of the Hong Kong MP3/4/5 and even 6 players merely require plugging them into the computer via a supplied USB cable. You would then merely click on "My Computer" and the player should show up as a hard drive. If you double click on this drive, you may see a folder labeled "MUSIC". If so, just drag and drop your MP3 music files into this folder. Similarly do the same goes for VIDEOS and PICTURES. The exception being that MP4 players usually require videos to be converted to RM or RMVB format (MP5 players usually play most formats without conversion).

Most MP3Mp4 players turn themselves off. you must install the software before you connect the mp3mp4 to the computer. Hong Kong software may not work on North American Windows.

Can you return it or exchange it? That would be the best thing to do. I've bought stuff from Hong Kong, but found it doesn't take long before things start going wrong in some cases, depends on the item. There are some serious issues going on with this camera, and it wouldn't be worth the cost of having it repaired. Get your money back, if you can, and return it. Look for a name brand next time, at least you can get parts for them off ebay and the net. Good luck.

The unit should ome with a 'demo' video: try to locate it and look at the 'properties' of that video as a guideline. As a rule, especially on cheap HK MP4 player, video must reside in a specific folder. Good luck. Hope it helps!

plug mp4 into usp, open ''my computer'' then copy and paste your music into mp4 drive, most likly drive E
to add video
install the mp4 software, then use the conversion tool to convert your video files to amv format then just copy and paste into mp4 drive just as you would with your music files.

the best thing to do is RE format the disc. i am currently having the same problem , witch i am tired of fixing them. if the item is from ebay : hong kong , i suggest you tell the buyer and complain. people will do anything for good feedback. saw formatting it will work. but you'll have the same problem in the future. either you copy all your music files to a folder. or buy one from Argos , woolworths etc etc...
